1. Description of Services

SilverTung provides a secure client portal that allows clients of participating law firms to submit documents, complete legal questionnaires, communicate with their legal team, and optionally link financial accounts for use in their legal matter. Access to the portal is granted solely for this purpose.

2. Eligibility and Account Access

To use the client portal, you must:

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Have been invited by a law firm that uses SilverTung
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify your law firm or SilverTung immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Questionnaires and Legal Documents

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information you submit through questionnaires or document uploads. Knowingly providing false, misleading, or incomplete information in connection with your legal matter may have serious legal consequences, including but not limited to perjury or fraud liability. SilverTung is not responsible for any outcomes resulting from inaccurate information you submit.

4. Financial Account Connectivity

If you choose to link financial accounts through the portal (via Plaid, Quiltt, or other integrated providers), you authorize SilverTung and the applicable provider to access your financial data as necessary to support your legal matter. Financial account connectivity is optional and may be disabled at any time. SilverTung does not store your banking credentials. Data access is governed by the applicable provider's terms and your explicit consent.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Access or attempt to access another client's records or account
• Attempt to circumvent authentication, encryption, or access controls
• Upload malicious code, malware, or any content designed to harm the platform or its users
• Use the portal for any purpose other than managing your legal matter with your assigned law firm
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of our services
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract data from the portal

6. Confidentiality

Information exchanged through the portal in connection with your legal representation may be protected by attorney-client privilege. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any legal communications and documents you access through the portal. Do not share your login credentials or allow others to access your account.

7. Privacy

Your use of the portal is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the portal, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, design, content, and technology underlying the SilverTung platform is owned by or licensed to LegalTek. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the portal solely for your personal legal matter. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

9. Disclaimers

SilverTung provides technology infrastructure only. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. The portal facilitates communication between you and your law firm but does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and SilverTung. All legal advice and representation is solely the responsibility of your law firm.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEGALTEK AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

11. Termination

Your access to the portal may be terminated or suspended at any time by your law firm or by SilverTung if you violate these Terms, your legal engagement is concluded, or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to access the portal ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the “Last Updated” date above. Continued use of the portal after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
